Arnaud's Swan Cocktail
2 ounces Cognac
3/4 ounce Frangelico
1/2 ounce fresh lemon juice
1 maraschino cherry, for garnish
Shake and strain into champagne flute. Add the garnish.
Created by the Regans to accompany dessert at a Southern Comfort dinner at Arnauld's restaurant, New Orleans, September 18, 2003
