Matusalem Mojito
- Matusalem Mojito
- 1 ounce simple syrup
- 1 ounce fresh lime juice
- 15 fresh mint leaves
- 2 1/2 ounces white rum
- club soda
- In a large mixing glass, using a wooden muddler, muddle together 4 or 5 small ice cubes with the simple syrup, lime juice, and mint leaves. Fill the mixing glass 2/3 full of ice, add the rum, and shake. Pour (do not strain) into a 10-ounce tumbler, or a large old-fashioned glass. Top with the club soda.
