Peach Dandy
- Peach Dandy
- 2 ounces Remy
- 1 ounce dry vermouth
- 1/2 ounce Monin Peach syrup
- Prosecco
- 1 maraschino cherry, for garnish
- Stir the Remy, vermouth, and Monin Peach over ice for 20 seconds. Strain into a chilled champagne flute, and top with Prosecco. Add the garnish.
