Pear Armagnac
- Pear Armagnac
- 1/2 ounce armagnac
- 1/2 ounce chilled pear cider
- 1/2 ounce pear sorbet
- 2 drops walnut oil
- chopped, toasted walnuts, for garnish.
- Stir in a mixing glass, without ice, and pour into a chilled grappa glass. Add the garnish.
- Adapted from a recipe by Ratha Chau and Yvan Lemoine, Fleur de Sel, New York. Created for an armagnac cocktail competition, 2003.
