Raspberry Sidecar
- Raspberry Sidecar
- 6 to 8 fresh ripe raspberries
- 1 teaspoon granulated sugar
- 1 1/2 ounces brandy
- 3/4 ounce triple sec
- 3\4 ounce fresh lemon juice
- In a large mixing glass, using a wooden muddler, muddle together 4 or 5 small ice cubes with the raspberries and the sugar. Fill the mixing glass 2/3 full of ice, add the brandy, triple sec, and the lemon juice, and shake. Strain into a chilled, sugar-rimmed cocktail glass.
