3 wedges of lime
1 teaspoon brown sugar
5 to 6 fresh mint leaves
5 fresh raspberries
2 ounces Bacardi Razz
club soda
1 mint sprig, for garnish
Muddle together the limes, mint and sugar until the sugar is dissolved.
Add the raspberries and muddle until blended. Add the Bacardi Razz and ice. Pour into a tall Collins glass and top with the club soda. Add the garnish.
