The Horseshoe Sling
2 ounces Herradura Silver 100% Blue Agave Tequila
3/4 ounce fresh lime juice
Bénédictine to taste
Cherry Heering to taste
Pineapple juice to taste
Chilled champagne
Fresh fruit garnish
Shake and strain everything except for the champagne into an ice-filled collins glass. Top with the champagne. Add fresh fruits in season.
