The Spiced Tea Toddy

1. Infuse one bottle of Knob Creek Bourbon one large tea ball filled with Spicy Revelry tea from Serendipitea.

2. Dissolve 1/2 cup of honey in 1/2 cup of hot water, and allow to cool to room temperature.

Recipe

2 ounces infused Knob Creek Bourbon

1/2 ounce Gran Gala Triple Orange Liqueur

1 teaspoon honey syrup

2 1/2 ounces hot water

1 lemon twist, for garnish

3 cloves, for garnish

Pour the bourbon, Gran Gala, honey syrup, and hot water, into a large snifter. Add the garnishes.
