Strong New and Old world Wine Knowledge as well as premium spirits working knowledge, much more important than ‘flare’ etc for the type of venue the bar will be.

Able to work with and lead a Multi cultural team and have an outgoing character

Experience in building a new concept, and critical paths

Oversees outdoor bar and lounge/Pool Beverage operations

Tax free Salary plus service charge, single contract, free accommodation, full medical coverage

Annual Air ticket provided upon completion of each year, vacation: 30 days a year

The 2nd Moscow Bar Show runs on 25 – 27 September 2012 after an impressive launch in 2011 illustrating the strength of the Russian drinks market. Andy Bishop, creator of the first London Bar Shows is working with PIR Group to bring the best brands and international drinks talent to Russia – 2011 saw Audrey Saunders, Dushan Zaric, Tony Conigliaro and Salvatore Calabrese among the many big names that took part. The Washington Cup Spirits Competition is the first of its kind. It is exclusively for American made spirits and liqueurs and recognizes the recent growth and tremendous achievements of the U.S. distilling industry, manned by some of the smartest and most motivated distillers anywhere. Founded by Doug Frost, the Washington Cup Spirits Competition is also unique in its methodology; it includes judging by top spirits professionals as well as practical testing by great mixologists, and even a people’s choice award. The combined efforts and experience of Philadelphia’s own Andrew Wells, Eric Vaughn, and Bob Downey have produced the organization Responsible Bartenders of America LLC (RBA).

This group will provide bartenders with access to a variety of insurance programs including but not limited to life, health, accident, auto, homeowner’s, renter’s
policies.

RBA currently offers 4 access packages including a $49.95 full membership and limited membership, varying affiliate access, and a free visitor’s access package.
