The Washington Cup Spirits Competition is the first of its kind. It is
exclusively for American made spirits and liqueurs and recognizes the recent
growth and tremendous achievements of the U.S. distilling industry, manned
by some of the smartest and most motivated distillers anywhere. Founded by
Doug Frost, the Washington Cup Spirits Competition is also unique in its
methodology; it includes judging by top spirits professionals as well as
practical testing by great mixologists, and even a people’s choice award.

and Bob Downey have produced the organization
Responsible Bartenders of America LLC (RBA).
This group will provide bartenders with access to a
